Maintenance & Refurbishment£70,000 - £85,000LutonRole:Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Contract Manager to join their ever growing team.As an Contract Manager you based between head office and site managing a refurbishment project in West London that mainly consists of façade replacements. All external works on one large block. Experience:As Contracts Manager you will ensure programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectations.This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will involve:Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.Managing people, sub-contractors and processes to ensure that all works are controlled and delivered within the time frames required and that they meet the minimum standard set by the Clients KPI's.Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.See below key skills:Experience in completing construction phase plansClient contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teamsP&L, cash flow and costsCreating a work safe cultureAble to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same timeGood communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractorsMust have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlookAble to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a teamAble to produce and deliver progress reportsMust be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management teamThis is a very fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to see real progression and is keen to work with a business that is growing and developing.Contract ManagerMaintenance & Refurbishment£70,000 - £85,000Luton
