Title: Contract IT Support Engineer
Office Location: Camberley, Hampshire (Monday to Friday)
Duration: 6 months (immediate start)
IR35: Small Company Exemption
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BAU IT support for multiple end clients
- Triage, diagnosis, & support service desk support calls though a ticketing system
- Provide end user 1st/2nd line support across multiple devices, including, but not limited to
- Windows OS
- Telephony systems - previous telecoms industry experience is desirable
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Network and security understanding - firewalls, routing, VPN etc.
- Office 365 or azure administration is desirable but not essential.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a service desk BAU environment
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
