As a key member of the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across their manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency. * Lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyse opportunities for improvement, using data-driven methodologies and best practices. * Collaborate with department heads and frontline employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track improvements, providing regular progress updates to senior management. * Implement lean principles and methodologies to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce costs. * Conduct training sessions to ensure employees at all levels are knowledgeable about continuous improvement methodologies and tools. * Drive a proactive approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis, promoting a culture of learning from mistakes and implementing preventive measures.Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence role within the FMCG Manufacturing sector. * Strong background in implementing lean principles and methodologies. * Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving positive change. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.Benefits: * c£55,000 - £60,000 per annum. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension, and performance-related bonuses. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a growing organization.Application Process: If you are a results-driven and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.
