Role Summary:
The Content Manager position at Nobull is a creative role for a dynamic, content-focused strategic mind that's full of energy and new ideas.
This role requires a commercial eye, a skill for storytelling and an indomitable passion for words.
The role will be focussed mainly on the automotive client portfolio, however, support of the consumer content team will be required from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Content Manager, Press Lead and PR Director to develop client content strategy
- Develop editorial calendars and delegate content creation to outside resource when required
- Be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining engaging client content in line with KPIs
- Collaborate with the Nobull team to plan and develop Client content style, tone and messaging
- Lead on asset creation including press releases, blogs, feature material and advertorials
- Use content management system (SPROUT and CISION) to assess content engagement metrics
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. image/copy copyright and data protection)
- Stay up-to-date with content developments and be key to generating new ideas
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding content
- Lead on KPI delivery, working with junior resource on reporting using SPROUT and CISION
- Ensure required positive results are delivered for the client, optimising time to ensure they are delivered within budget
- Regularly liaise with client contacts to ensure awareness of what is being achieved
- Lead on, prep for and attend creative brainstorm sessions for existing clients and prospects
- Drafting of press releases to support the wider PR team on an ad hoc basis
- Ownership of Nobull’s own social channels with support from wider team
- Attendance of relevant industry events when required
Requirements
· Experience of account management or senior account exec roles
· Initiative, energy, charisma, creativity, passion - the most important skills for this role
· A high level of written proficiency is crucial
· Experience in liaising with media and influencers
· Management of account executives
· You must be a proactive problem-solver and a proficient planner
· Be comfortable when client facing
· Data-driven decision maker

· Excellent communications skills: verbal and written

Salary Banding:
£32,000-£39,000 depending on experience
