Completions Lead in UK

Our client provides industrial services, generating high-added value solutions for the O&G, Energy, Power Generation, Process, Environment and Construction sectors. Due to increased workload our client is looking to add a Completions Lead to own a series of Systems and CTP through construction and up to handover. Interface with MEH Construction team and client Commissioning/program team, and other sub-contractors within a building.Responsibilities

• Provide and demonstrate positive HSE leadership and a strong Nuclear Safety Culture throughout the whole construction life cycle of the Project.
• Support the Building lead in the day-to-day reporting and prioritisation of system and CTP requirements.
• Manage the Commissioning need dates associated to the area/building/area and ensure reports are produced and socialised with the Construction team
• Manage interfaces and collaborate with NNB Commissioning team and MEH Program team on all system needs.
• Interface with Database team to ensure specific system/CTP data is correct and progressing.
• Conduct site walkdowns and ensure any available Completions activities are captured and workpacks are completed.
• Ensure all construction activities are executed in line with relevant specifications.
• Ensure all access strategies have been developed for system and CTP walkdowns
• Be aware of any project change within the specified Systems/CTPs ensuring that the project change process is adhered to. This will include construction documentation as well as scope change aspects of the contract in coordination with the Building Lead.
• Manage and conduct system and CTP walkdowns
• Collation of punch lists associated to CTPs and Systems
• Use of core experience & engineering skills to assess practicalities and risks associated with Completions activities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Construction or Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Engineering
• Proven experience of safely delivering large scale construction or engineering projects including working at a management level of authority.
• Experience in the heavy industry or nuclear sectors is beneficial as is experience in working with Joint Ventures.
• 5 years experience in a Completions role.
• IOSH Managing Safely preferred
• CCNSG Safety Passport
• Capable of obtaining security clearance of BPSS or higher.
• Professional accreditation desirable.
