We are looking for a brilliant and confident Communicationsand Marketing Manager with extensive Hospitality andMedia knowledge to join our exceptional Commsand Marketing team at Harts Group in Soho, London.

Harts Group  isa community of talented individuals, creating award-winning food and drink andoffering industry-leading service. The portfolio includes Barrafina, Parrillan,Quo Vadis, El Pastor, The Drop Two Drops and Bar Daskal across14 locations around London.

TheHarts Group Marketing and Communications team also acts in aCommunications agency capacity for external clients including Brunswick House,Orasay, Below Stone Nest, It’s Bagels and The Seaside Boarding House.

TheCommunications and Marketing Manager

• Ideallyover 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-quality andHospitality focused Communications agency or Restaurant Group.
• A natural self-starter,motivated, proactive, conscientiouswith a keen eye for detail and sense of responsibility.
• Sociable and passionate aboutthe hospitality Industry, food, and drink and excited about joining a committedteam with ambitious plans.
• Supportingthe Comms and Marketing Director and their team in delivering the marketing,PR, and content strategy for all Harts Group brands and external clients.
• Developingtraditional, digital, and social media relations, growing your own strong presscontacts list.
• Have your own book of media and industry contactsand a proven record of delivering PR and marketing campaign objectives.
• Monitoringand evaluating media coverage, delivering monthly reports for the directors.
• Ableto confidently manage Stakeholders, regularly advising and working closely withour Clients and Directors.
• Great time management skills, detail oriented,always working in a timely and organised manner with the ability to prioritiseand effectively manage workload.
• Ensure we maintain strong relationships with theteam throughout the Harts Group, our external Clients, guests, and members.
• Digital marketing and CRM experience is important. InDesign,Photoshop, Videography and WordPress skills are a brilliant bonus.
• Manage a Communications and Marketing executive orassistant, actively supporting their development in their role and guiding them.
• Advanced Copywriting and Social Media skills,creating compelling posts, reels and stories on Instagram, TikTok and otherSocial Media platforms.
• Excellent command of English language, bothverbally and in writing in a courteous and professional manner. Communicatingin the tone of voice expressive of various brands across diverse media
• Always showing respect, strong teamethic and empathy for your colleagues.
• Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome.
