Join Our Business Development Team as a Pricing and Modelling Lead!Are you a strategic thinker with a skill for numbers and a passion for driving client success? We have an exciting opportunity for you!Role Purpose and Summary:In this pivotal role, you'll be an integral part of our Business Development Team, spearheading client reporting and relationship management. Your expertise will lead the pricing and modelling of new business opportunities, ensuring our proposals are both accurate and competitive.Reporting to the Business Development Director the role offers an agile approach where, once established in the role, you’d be expected to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) with the remainder of time working from home (if desired).Core Objectives:Lead Proposal Budgeting: Craft precise and competitive budgets using our pricing model, incorporating rent analysis and key assumptions. Model Development: Innovate and refine top-down and bottom-up models for various property types, including Student, BTR, and Co-Living. KPI/Fee Models: Develop and present new KPI/Fee models, highlighting risks and opportunities. Commercial Analysis: Review commercial/legal documents to identify concerns and opportunities, providing insightful analysis to support the team.Key Responsibilities:Set and communicate clear targets and objectives for your team. Provide commercial analysis and insights for proposal figures. Conduct post-mobilisation reviews to enhance the pricing model. Engage in planning, review, and progress monitoring activities. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Share best practices to foster continuous improvement. Support client reporting and contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.
