Commercial Manager (M&E) Manchesterup to £80,000 + car allowance + bonus + packageM&E packages on high rise construction + maintenance contractsWe have a fresh opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a newly created M&E division with a larger construction group. You will need to have experience working for an M&E contractor to be considered for this position, such is the role. As the Commercial Manager you will have responsibility for the QS team leading the contractual arrangements on all construction projects or agreed maintenance framework. You will be responsible fro producing reports to the board of directors for the full divisions construction projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to be the Commercial Manager who leds the new division for a reputable construction company and be part of a dynamic team working on a landmark high rise build projects in Manchester.
