Commercial Manager (CM) Role: Commercial Manager into Senior Commercial Manager. You will be overseeing a Project Quantity Surveyor and an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor.Day Rate: £400 - £550 salary dependent on experience - Ltd Company OUTSIDE IR35Location: Central London Zones 1 / 2Project: £50m substructure and superstructure (reinforced concrete) with groundworks - starting October. Working on preconstruction initially before going onto site and seeing the project through to completion.Company: Niche civil engineering contractor who specialise in demolition, piling, fire protection, groundworks, concrete frame and earthworks.
