Autus3 are excited to be exclusively partnering with a fast growing Private Equity backed Real Estate and Hospitality company, who are self-described industry disruptors.

The company has seen significant growth throughout 2023 building on a record breaking 2022.

All this growth has triggered the need to hire someone into a newly created Commercial Management Accounting / Analyst / Power BI role.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be dynamic and proactive in your approach and have a truly commercial mindset.

The candidate will need to be adaptable and enjoy being visible in the business.

They will continually be looking to improve efficiencies and will build lasting relationships in the company.

Ideally this person would be a qualified finance professional but this is not essential.

They should have worked within fast growing SME’s or Start-up environments.

They should be comfortable interacting with the management team but equally able to ‘roll up their sleeves’ when needed.

It is essential to have hands on experience of producing Management Accounts, enjoys using Excel and able to use Power BI.

This really is a role that you can put your own stamp on.

Importantly, the CFO is looking for a candidate to grow and progress with the company to help them achieve their strategic plan.

Your Mission

Reporting to a dynamic CFO and number 2 in finance, you will work very closely together to deliver outstanding financial support to the rest of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Financial analysis of operational data and KPIs
• Preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Business partner to the Management team, advising on financial aspects to improve efficiency and performance
• Financial modelling

Power BI

• Create and build dashboards and reports
• Building data models, analysing datasets and administration of Power BI tools.
• Optimising internal procedures
• Presenting financial data to non-finance teams
• Supporting the finance department and non-finance department with ad hoc projects
