What You'll Do:

• Drive Finance Strategy: Lead and implement strategies to ensure appropriate compensation, enabling top-quality care.
• Manage and Lead the Team: Oversee the team, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor site performance and realign fee structures to support strategic goals.
• Contract Management: Ensure optimal contract performance and financial viability of new market opportunities.
• Maximize Revenue: Enhance revenue collection and reporting, bridging operations and finance.
• Key Negotiator: Lead financial negotiations with key funders and maintain robust finance-to-finance relationships.
• Strategic Reporting: Report to the Executive Board on annual negotiations and other revenue-related matters.
• Innovative Costing Models: Develop and implement new pricing models and costing tools for individual placements and service expansions.

What We Need From You:

• Senior finance professional with strong commercial acumen.
• Experienced in senior-level negotiations with Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards.
• In-depth understanding of public sector commissioning structures and key policy documents.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Confident decision-maker with experience in the healthcare sector and private healthcare funding.
• Proficient in Excel, with expertise in building and maintaining pricing and costing models.
• Skilled in handling large data sets and transforming data into actionable insights.
