Description
:Major Job Functions:
Provision of data and analysis in support of the production of month-end and quarter-end management and board presentation materials. Working alongside finance management to determine variance drivers and future implications.
Provide Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) commercial support. Lead on head office SG&A analysis and variance commentary to forecast. Liaise with head office functions to analyze cost drivers and cost-saving opportunities. Co-ordinate headcount forecasting and reporting and support in roll-out and maintenance of headcount reporting tools.
Invested capital planning and reporting. Liaise with business units to determine capital requirements and input into annual and quarterly forecast process. Short-term to mid-term cash flow and balance sheet planning. Periodic reporting and analysis.
Financial systems super-user. Aiding the testing, business roll-out and continued support of existing and new financial reporting tools (SAP BPC, AFO, Power BI, Tableau).
Production of key KPI Dashboards and ownership of forecast entry through liaison with appropriate business units
Frequent (daily/weekly/monthly) operational reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and business requirements from regional and global management

Education & Experience:
Fully qualified accountant or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
