We're on the hunt for a Field Service Engineer to become a crucial part of a renowned international leader in the coffee machine industry.Location: Oxfordshire Hours: 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10.50 per hour.Basic salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Job Type: PermanentWhat's in it for you?Salary starting upto £32,000 dependent upon experience.Weekly overtime rate is £24 per hour after 47.5 hours (explained below)Weekend overtime rate is £24 per hrBank holiday overtime rate is £32 per hr plus an additional £50 standby.Opportunity for progressionFull training supplied then joining the 1-4 weekend rota once signed off.Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 9%)Annual bonus scheme. (5% potential of basic salary)Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to nominated persons.Private Medical Insurance (Taxable Benefit)Company van - Available for private use (Taxable Benefit)Full uniform/PPELaptop, Mobile phone, Company Credit Card and Fuel card (Company use only)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysYour Role:Install, commission, and set up the commercial coffee equipment.Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services.Attend re-active break down and repair call outs.Operator training (e.g. Operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in Service VanTo manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required)To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 weekends working on call.The Ideal Candidate:Experienced engineer with a background in electromechanics roles, e.g. white goods engineering.Apply now or get in touch with me on (phone number removed) / (phone number removed)
