This is a new opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced law firm who specialise in providing high quality advocacy services to clients throughout England & Wales. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, expanding and developing the existing service provided to clients and implementing ideas for new business/services.

You will be the lead relationship manager for the firm, having regular liaison with Legal 500 clients and blue chip companies to ensure they are satisfied with the service we provide. This will include managing and conducting presentations, managing and hosting client audits, service review meetings and completing client questionnaires. You will also work closely with the Partners & Directors, developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and diversify instructions with existing clients, alongside business development and generating new business.

You will have experience of using social media to maintain and develop brands, putting up regular content and promoting active engagement on social media channels such as LinkedIn, X and Instagram. You will be responsible for the management of the websites, literature, exhibition displays, promotional materials and sponsorship, alongside securing speaking engagements, issuing press releases and advertising.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Client Relations or Business Development role and be qualified to at least postgraduate level (Bar, LPC, SQE or equivalent). Project management experience would be advantageous. You will need to be a team player, with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, to build and maintain professional relationships is crucial. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills with an ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines.

The salary is from £50,000-£55,000 p.a., dependent on skills and experience, plus benefits.

This is a full time role based in our office in Greenwich. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 18:30, but travel across England & Wales for business meetings will be required.
