One of our clients who is based in Edinburgh is seeking Client Onboarding Assistant.

Position Overview:

As a Client Onboarding Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our client service operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, handling documentation, and liaising closely with relationship managers and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding processes efficiently and accurately.
• Collect and review necessary documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met
• Participate in project and change activities relevant to the team
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth account openings.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and professionalism at all times.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a client onboarding or similar role within banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
