Part time Client Accounts Assistant - Stratford E15An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time ( three days a week) Client Accounts Administrator to join our established and well respected property consultancy based in - East LondonResponsibilities include but not limited to: * Opening, sorting through and scanning post * Putting supplier invoices onto the system * Sending invoices to tenants * Sending invoices to landlords * Chasing tenants for payment of invoices * Chasing landlords for payment of invoices * Chasing refunds * Allocating funds from the bank statement each day to the system * Responding to email queries * Collating a payment using system, getting it ready to be paid * Remit payments to suppliers * Save paid invoices onto cloud drive * Going through supplier statements * Accurately receipting rents on account * Daily payments to landlords * Safeguarding tenant depositsThe Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: * Have excellent interpersonal skills * Have a willingness to learn * Be passionate about the industry * Be customer focused and professional * Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Be friendly and a team player * Be computer literate, and have good Microsoft Excel skill * Preferably have experience with Reapit Software Package (but not essential) * Preferably have experience in lettings accounts (but not essential)This Client Accounts Administrator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
