As a Deputy Manager you will assist and work closely alongside theRegistered Manager in the planning organising and management of thehome. To take lead responsibility for key areas as designated bythe Registered Manager. You will be required to foster good moraleand team spirit amongst the team and good relationships with thelocal community to create a warm homely caring environment withinthe home whilst catering for the children nevertheless taking intoaccount the needs of the individual. Ensuring the highest standardsof physical social and emotional care is offered exceeding anyguidance and standards set byOfsted.
Expectations& Requirements of the Residential ChildrensHome DeputyManager :
1 yearexperience working within residential childcare(essential)
Ofsted experiencerequired.
5 years of professionalreferences.
Enhanced adult &child DBS subscribed to the update service (or willing to getone)
Level 3 NVQ in Health &Social Care (required)
Driver(required)
