Catering Manager in Sunbury

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team based in Sunbury, Surrey. This is an exciting, permanent and full time term time opportunity reporting into our Site Lead and will be based on site, TW16 7LN.

A day in the life of a Catering Manager:

• Supports the Catering Site lead to embed the step change required of the new food programme and experience required.
• People focused, can effectively engage teams naturally in their management style.
• Naturally leads innovation at a high level to drive the new offers at Sunbury.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure correct stock level. Ensure Opx and waste management processes are in place and weekly reviews are completed for production.
• Champions excellent guest experiences and effectively implement all guest communication tools provided by Marketing in order to enhance the guest experience across all areas.
• Ensure RRP is maintained as per company policy and that the tariff in all areas meets client / company requirements.
• Implementation of schemes including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring they adhere to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
• Work and develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return.
• Coordinates others to ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and at the right time.

You'll be all set up for success if you have:

• Experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environment
• The ability to lead and manage a team
• Man management of teams of staff
• Proven track record in high volume commercial operation & delivering budgeted profit levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
