The Menu Partners Ltd are looking for a Category ProductAdministrator to join our team.
This role will be based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
JOB SUMMARY
A great opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual with experience inmanaging product information, to join our team.
You will take ownership of data management within the procurement teamat The Menu Partners. Supporting the procurement team and wider stakeholdercommunity to drive customer satisfaction across the business.As a key member of the team, you will have a central role in supporting allprocurement activity within the group. You will get involved in a variety ofprojects and contribute directly to driving the overall success of thebusiness.
This is a role critical to the growth and development of the business.You'll be working within a small, high performance team, reporting to the Headof Procurement. The space for personal career development and increased responsibilitieswithin this role are limited by your own ambition.
KEY DIMENSIONS
o Manage all supplier contact documentation & centralsupply agreements ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies.
o Manage all product data is accurate and complete.
o Ensure product data requirements complies with businessneeds.
o Liaise with suppliers to collect and collate all necessaryproduct information.
o Manage the onboarding of new products and the delisting ofproducts.
o Manage the communication of all new lines within the widerbusiness.
o Manage the sample process.
o Produce regular reports detailing product and rangeinformation.
o Provide regular updates to The Head of Procurement onprogress, opportunities, and roadblocks.
Support the business and wider group to ensure smooth import and exportactivity.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will be experienced in buying/procurement/pricing processes within acommercial setting, ideally within Hospitality industry.
