Bramwith Consulting Supporting the evaluation of competitive tenders for the supply of goods and services and to negotiate with suppliers on all commercial and contractual matters Play pivotal roles in the development, management and implementation of comprehensive strategies on a global and regional basis to deliver impressive cost savings and wider commercial benefits that impact company results for facilities spend Build strategic relationships with critical suppliers and develop risk mitigation strategies to provide secure and cost-effective sources for specialist commodities Benefit from personally tailored professional development programmes to aid your quick progression within the company As part of a cutting-edge practice within the procurement team, you will assist in all aspects of sourcing process from supplier engagement and analysis through to contracts management You will work with commercial teams to negotiate contracts and deliver savings and value add for the category Working with senior stakeholders, you will develop market know-how and gravitas to influence major decisions across the aviation units Working closely with other members of the procurement team, internal stakeholders and external parties to seek continued improvement in the category value Experience world-class training and development within a procurement function renowned for developing talent internally and progressing them through the ranks 2-4+ years Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Category Management experience, with a CV that details commercial achievements (cost savings & avoidance, risk mitigation, supplier relationship and performance improvement, stakeholder engagement) Expertise in indirect procurement ideally with the knowledge and experience in facilities services, however this is not required Procurement / strategic sourcing / buying experience within complex global organisations Degree & CIPS qualifications preferred though not essential
