GVR Solutions are working with an existing client who are looking for a Carpentry Site Manager to join their team.The client working on large developments so the candidate must have experience working on volume apartments and housing.The project is an RC Frame new build apartments consisting of 400 units minimum.The Carpentry Site Manager must have/be: * Manage the project and day to day running * Carry out toolbox talks * Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times * Monitor and make sure the programme is running to schedule * Complete daily Site diary * Paperwork including, Inspections, Handovers, Checklists, etc * Manage and Control labour on site, Keeping the tradesman up to speed with the programme * Checking drawings and bringing to light any issues * Liaise with Project Manager and client on any issuesThe Carpentry Site Manager must have/be: * Traditional new build residential experience * Excellent communication skills * A stable employment history * Driven * Strong attention to detail * Organised * Strong health and safety record * Excellent problem-solving skillsIf you meet all the Carpentry Site Manager requirements above, then please do get in touch.Carpentry Site ManagerCarpentry Site ManagerCarpentry Site Manager
