CARETAKER | East London | MUST DRIVERate: £120 - £150Contract: Full Time Hours: AM 6 - 10 / 3 - 6 PMStart Date: ASAPRemedy are seeking an experienced Caretaker who can Drive, you just hold a valid licence, this is because you will be travelling to all 5 sites based in Newham. This role works on a shift pattern, your main responsibility will be opening and closing all the sites. School Caretaker | ResponsibilitiesLocking or unlocking of the school as required and ensuring general security of the site.Routine maintenance of school buildings and grounds and undertaking minor repair work, Cleaning duties Day-to-day maintenance, security (alarms), and preparation of facilities.liaising with contractorsProven range of maintenance and facility management skills.CARETAKER | RequirementsStrong practical and problem-solving skills.Previous experience as a caretaker in a school setting.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.To have or be willing to obtain a DBS certificate on the update service.Provide a minimum of two references to cover the last 24 months of employment.Right to work in the UK.CARETAKER | BenefitsPotential to go permanent.Work amongst a growing team.Referral scheme (£100 per referral)!!!CARETAKER | Further informationIf you are interested, please contact in this fantastic school caretaker position please "Apply" or if you require additional information contact Aaron at Remedy Education
