Buyer – Indirect
Co. Down – Newry
Salary – Up to 35,000
This is your opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company who are seeking for a Buyer to join their team who produce products to make the planet a better place.
Keen to speak to people who have:
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Duties:
- First point of contact for general indirect procurement queries for the Division
- Supervise compliance to the indirect procurement process
- Take responsibility for the purchasing of indirect goods and services that support the overall operations of the business
- Advise business on required indirect roles, accesses & delegation of authority
- Produce indirect spend reports for management review through use of excel
- Create indirect vendors on SAP
- Support internal management with wider indirect procurement activities
- Identify, and act upon, process improvements within the indirect procurement cycle
- Indirect vendor creation
- Assist with ethical sourcing compliance,
- Other adhoc duties
