Our European tolling business has established relationships with tolling authorities throughout Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Ireland, through which we offer interoperable electronic tolling directly to consumers, through white-label partnerships and to RAC customers, depending on location.

Additionally, our European violations business specializes in the identification, notification, and collection of unpaid traffic, parking and public transport related fees, charges, and penalties issued to foreign registered vehicles or persons on behalf of issuing authorities in more than 17 European countries.

We provide our services in more than 20 languages and more than 10 currencies and to leverage existing connections with approximately 30 vehicle licensing authorities and over 600 toll and ticket-issuing authorities for whom we bill violators in more than 135 countries.

Overview:

This role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes within the European Operations Department to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

The BPI analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Production and Customer Care departments within Commercial Services by streamlining workflows and achieving strategic objectives through process optimization.

Responsibilities :

  • Process Analysis: Analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Data Collection: Gathering data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing processes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identifying the underlying causes of process issues and recommending solutions.
  • Process Mapping: Creating visual representations of current processes and proposed improvements to communicate changes effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for process improvements.
  • Solution Development: Proposing and designing new processes or process modifications to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitoring and evaluating processes to identify further opportunities for optimization.
  • Change Management: Facilitating change management activities and ensuring smooth transitions during process changes.
  • Performance Measurement: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements.
  • Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of processes, improvements, and project outcomes.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Required certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Minimum 5 years directly related experience required.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess and interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from complex information.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, present findings, and drive process improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Aptitude for identifying process inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions to address them.
  • Experience with automation tools such as VBA (Visual Basic Application) and Microsoft Power automate is a plus.
  • Ability to work with relevant software and tools for data analysis, process mapping, and visualization (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
  • Understanding of business operations and industry trends to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage change within an organization as process improvements are implemented.
  • A proactive attitude towards ongoing improvement and a willingness to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in business process improvement.
  • Travel required. 15% within Europe.
