Robert Half are excited to be working with a not for profit organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner, hybrid working with various hub office locations.

They are offering a very competitive: base salary up to £45K + study package + Hybrid Working + flexi start/ finish times + onsite parking.

As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Work closely with department heads and managers to align financial strategies with the overall organisational goals
  • Prepare and present financial reports to assist with business decision making.
  • Lead the budgeting process Month end journals.
  • Set realistic financial targets & Priorities
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Support budget holders on finance systems and processes to develop effective budget management and controls
  • Develop improvements in models and internal processes

    • Desired Profile:

  • Relevant working experience in a finance function.
  • Intermediate user of Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables).
  • Good communicator with ability to engage with multiple business stakeholders
