⚡ Responsibilities:

• UK Market Strategy: Conduct market research and inform strategic decisions to enter the UK market.
• Customer Acquisition and Growth: Drive initiatives to acquire new customers, develop partnerships, and promotional campaigns to meet and exceed user growth targets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the bank operates within the local regulatory framework, adapting business practices as necessary to remain compliant and trustworthy to consumers.
• Customer Experience and Retention: Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, swift issue resolution, and the enhancement of the overall user experience to promote customer loyalty
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and manage a local team, creating a positive and productive work environment, and providing training and development opportunities to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement.

⚡ Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or Nordic languages is a great plus
• Educational Background: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in B2C Credit Cards, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK financial market and regulatory environment, with experience in digital banking.
• Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in B2C sales management and business development, with successful market entry and growth strategies.
• Leadership and Compliance: Strong leadership and management skills, with a solid knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial acumen.
