Business Development Representative in Royal Tunbridge Wells

Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with a fantastic company who are looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join their team.Within this role, you will be generating leads, liaising with prospective clients and collaborating with the Account Managers to achieve sales targets.Duties:

• Identifying new business opportunities, using resources such as LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Using CRM software and databases to effectively qualify leads
• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new business
• Assess the viability and potential of leads by understanding their needs and budget
• Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads
• Provide information and support to potential clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Working towards and exceeding assigned sales targets
• Analysing your own performance through activity and metrics
• Required skills and experience:
• Exposure to a sales / customer based environment
• Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets and generating revenue
• The ability to take ownership of workload and get the job done
• Experience in establishing rapport with clients through telephone, email and social media channels
