Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your outbound sales experience to proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Drive the growth of our business by employing your strong negotiation and influencing skills to convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse clientele, leveraging your excellent telephone manner and proposal writing skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working towards quarterly targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain a technically minded approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience , utilizing various channels such as phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
  • A strong focus on acquiring new business and generating leads.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C solution selling, understanding the complexities of selling to businesses.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to make deals and seize opportunities.
  • Strategic planning abilities and a focus on working towards quarterly targets, demonstrating your sales-oriented mindset.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, bringing your energy and enthusiasm to drive success.
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value of our solutions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

  • GSCE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) and A-level (Advanced Level) completion required (A university degree is a plus).
  • Previous full-cycle sales experience (tech sales is preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
  • Experience with a CRM / Outbound sales platform (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, etc.).
  • Ability to embrace change, staying ahead of emerging technologies and market shifts.

Compensation:

Base salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum (*DOE)

Commission: Uncapped structure

OTE: £65,000 - £75,000
