What you will be doing

  • Act as a professional expert - we take the time to understand our customer needs and address them head-on
  • Build meaningful connections with prospects through written and verbal communication
  • Conduct qualifying calls with prospects to identify pain points within their business and effectively communicate the relevant information to the Account Executives
  • Understand and effectively communicate Siteimprove solutions
  • Understand Siteimprove's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Understand Siteimprove's target customer personas and the different challenges they face in their roles
  • Build a pipeline via direct outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) based on our prospect database and your own research
  • Strive for daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals while providing an excellent experience for prospective customers
  • Adapt quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Collaborate closely with your direct colleagues and other departments (especially Sales, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success)

What we will require of you

  • Experience in qualifying leads and building new relationships
  • Professional communicator, both written and verbally
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed
  • Thrives on meeting and exceeding goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Team player with entrepreneurial spirit - willing to try innovative ideas to achieve greater levels of efficiency and success
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of professional work experience, ideally in marketing, customer service, or sales
  • Track record of overachieving targets and meeting deadlines

What we will love about you

  • Experience in creating reports and analyzing data to increase productivity
  • Have experience communicating with people working throughout Europe, the main focus markets are the United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
