Therole

We are looking for a driven Business DevelopmentManagers to be responsible for the generation of new businesscovering the UK and the development of existing business whereverpossible. Acting as the face of Sinewave ensuring the Sales Plan isrealised and measurable growth is achieved swiftly through theapplication of an effective salesstrategy. Driving businessin both the EV and renewables markets is top of ouragenda.

An ideaof what youll bedoing:


  • Youwill be identifying new sales leads according to the Sales Planstarting and maintaining the company salespipeline.
  • Youll be updating and maintaining the company s CRMsystem.
  • You will research organisations and individuals onlineto identify new leads and potential new markets offering ourproducts and/or services and obtaining information to remaincompetitive.
  • You will attend conferences meetings and industryevents promoting the brand and expanding the clientnetwork.
  • Contacting potential clients via email phone or socialmedia to establish rapport and set up meetings to develop newrelationships.
  • Leading the negotiation process through to successfulconclusion including overseeing the handoverprocess.
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boostingcontracts and forging strong relationships withclients.
  • Create and delivery presentations and sales displaysinternally and externally.
  • Support the identification of strategic targets andpursue them.
  • Provide monthly salesreports.



Requirements

Youll have a proven trackrecordof:

  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to adapt your communicationstyles.
  • Strong interpersonal skillswith demonstrated ability to use own initiative as well as workcollaboratively as part of ateam.
  • Selfstarter withthe ability to handle pressure and meetdeadlines.
  • Indepth knowledge of the industry legislation NERS andcurrent events.
  • An understanding of the current and future EVmarket/opportunities in theUK.
  • Ability to explainconfidently and demonstrate best practices when dealing withO&M contracts and servicedeliveries.
  • Excellent time management andorganisation
  • Good commercial awareness including contract law andmanagement of risk.
  • Good knowledge of the ICP market and electricalindustry with specific awareness of the DNO s and IDNO s in theUK.
  • Excellentunderstanding of all aspects within the distribution networkinclusive of voltages up to 132KV (LV 11kV 33kV and132kV)

Youll already have experience & qualificationsin:

  • The use of Productivity and CollaborationSoftware such as Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams SharePoint etc.a
  • Full UK driving license (Maximum of 3points)
  • Experience in multidelivery with arudimentary understanding of electricaldesigns
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationshipswithin the engineeringsector
