About the Role;
You’ll be managing your own desk and building your client portfolio. You’ll be liaising with a variety of businesses across the UK; understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions whilst using every opportunity to develop sales leads.
As a Business Development Executive within The Recruitment Co. you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities to increase sales activity and achieve expected productivity levels and targeted revenue generation. Your knowledge will be up to date regarding competing markets within your geographical location and throughout the entire UK within your market sectors.
