Description

Trybe is a rapidly-growing business that’s modernising the spa and leisure industry through intuitive, fully-cloud based SaaS.

We’re a young, energetic team, looking for like-minded, talented individuals who want to embrace the start-up culture and work as a team as we continue to grow and take on new heights.

Whilst it might sound a little corny, we really are a Trybe!

We were founded in 2020 and are proud to list a number of leading spa and leisure operators across the world onboard with Trybe.

What are we looking for

  • An ambitious, organised self starter ready to learn and embrace the startup culture.
  • An individual who is ready to manage the complete sales cycle from self-genning a prospect all the way to closing them as a customer, whilst continuing to manage and grow their pipeline.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and be a champion of the spa and leisure industry.
  • Is able to embrace a hybrid style of work culture. Part of the week we’ll be in the office together whilst for the rest of the week you’ll be at home. Regardless of location, we’ll be united, working together as a team.
  • Someone who is tech-savvy and able to pick up software quickly. You’ll be expected to maintain a high level of understanding of our product.
  • A master of the industry. You’ll know the ins and outs of our competitor landscape and know what places Trybe above all.
  • Ready to contribute your own ideas and take on new areas of ownership as your role grows. We’re young and ambitious and everyone has their part to play!

Benefits

  • The opportunity to join a disruptive startup in its early stages.
  • We’re based out of WeWork in central London. This means large open plan offices, in house barista to fix up your morning coffee, foosball, ping pong tables and beer on tap.
  • We have 2 furry colleagues, Sooty and Hugo.
  • Weekly team lunch.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Vitality health and life insurance.
  • 26 days annual leave plus local bank holidays.
