Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a Sales Executive for their office in Aberdeen on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate would be driven, proactive, self-starter. This role would be suitable for Business Management Graduates as well as those still in the early stages of their career looking to test themselves.


The role comes with excellent progression opportunities as the business plan to really kick on and grow in the coming years with examples within the company of individuals climbing from Sales Administration to Commercial Management. The successful candidate would earn a generous starting salary with unlimited, uncapped commission opportunities.

Responsibilities:


  • Understand and clearly communicate the scope of services to prospective clients.

  • Respond to email and telephone sales inquiries to convert leads.

  • Negotiate and agree on the scope of services with clients, balancing operational needs and budget constraints.

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of existing leads to encourage conversion.

  • Perform telemarketing calls to generate sales opportunities.

  • Conduct prospecting using internal databases and external data sources.

  • Record progress and update internal records using Excel and CRM trackers.

  • Provide overflow telephone support to Admin and Client Manager Teams.

  • Deliver high levels of customer service.

  • Work to deadlines and accommodate appointments outside standard office hours if needed.

  • Build relationships and seek referrals to create leads.

  • Extend the company brand on social media and technology platforms.


  • Application Requirements:



  • Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.

  • Proven track record in sales or customer service roles desirable.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, driven, and a self-starter.

  • Ability to manage and nurture a pipeline of leads.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using Excel and CRM software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with social media and technology platforms to extend company brand.

  • High levels of customer service and relationship-building skills.



  • Experience:



  • Suitable for Business Management Graduates.

  • Open to candidates in the early stages of their career seeking growth opportunities.

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or related fields is a plus.
