Business Co-Ordinator in Pontefract

At Route One Infrastructure we are on the look out for an organised and motivated professional to provide high level support to our Commercial and Operational functions.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining operations, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Overall Purpose of Job:Responsible for general administrative duties for both commercial and operational departments.

Key tasks necessary to carry out the appointment will be: * Undertake marketing using social media (LinkedIn) and updating website with case studies * Identifying opportunities from new and existing customers within all sectors of the market * Following up all relevant quotations and assist in securing new business orders * Handling incoming sales enquiries * Inputting site daily records into National Highways applications for payment * Capturing and copying invoices for submission within applications for payment * Job management – Setting up of contracts, uploading of documents/RAMs packs.
