Our service is built on our values of ethical, trustworthy, and caring, and our profits are returned to our Local Authority shareholders.About the RoleAs a Business Analyst for the Our Future Council: Front Door and Ways of Working Programme, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational transformation and enhancing customer experiences. You will analyse existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
