We are looking for an Administrator to join our Mitie Team to provide administrative support in a varied and interesting role.

You will be supporting and engaging with suppliers and German authorities in the set up of branch and contract requirement, supporting with standard business translations and communications in country including process development and safety documentation as well as supporting with legal registrations for the branch and staff requirement.

You will be supporting in reaching an acceptable operating position with MITIE policies and processes against German legal requirement and supporting with other duties as directed where German local business knowledge and expertise is required.

An Ideally with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.

A desired candidate will have experience of new German branch or company set-ups, a good level in written and verbal communication in English and German

 Zur Verstärkung unseres Mitie-Teams suchen wir einen Administrator (m/w) zur administrativen Unterstützung in einer abwechslungsreichen und interessanten Tätigkeit.

 Sie werden Lieferanten und deutsche Behörden bei der Einrichtung von Niederlassungen und Vertragsanforderungen unterstützen und mit ihnen in Kontakt treten.

Sie unterstützen bei Standardübersetzungen und der Kommunikation im Land, einschließlich der Prozessentwicklung und der Sicherheitsdokumentation, sowie bei rechtlichen Registrierungen für die Niederlassung und Personalanforderungen.

Sie unterstützen bei der Erreichung einer akzeptablen Betriebsposition mit MITIE-Richtlinien und -Prozessen in Bezug auf die deutschen gesetzlichen Anforderungen und unterstützen bei anderen Aufgaben, wo deutsche Geschäftskenntnisse und Fachwissen erforderlich sind.

 Idealerweise haben Sie einen Hintergrund in der Verwaltung oder im Kundenservice, verfügen über gute IT-Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, haben gute Erfahrungen im Kundenservice gesammelt, können Prioritäten setzen, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig erledigen und sind in der Lage, Termine einzuhalten.

Sie sollten Erfahrung mit der Gründung neuer deutscher Niederlassungen oder Unternehmen haben und über gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch verfügen.
