My client are a reputable main contractor that work on high rise residential projects across the North West.
Due to company growth they are now looking for a Building Services Manager to work closely with the preconstruction and delivery teams.

* Solid experience working on the preconstruction and delivery phase of a project.
* All round knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
* Up to date knowledge of building regulations.
* Quality driven.
* Passionate and proactive.
Duties will include: * Working in the preconstruction stage assisting with the design, scope and technical solution.
* Supporting the delivery team with the planning and coordination of a project.
* Working closely with the supply chain to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.
* At times working site based supporting teams on challenging projects.
