Totum Partners is delighted to work with a leading international law firm to recruit a Billing Assistant.
Known for its expertise across various industries, the firm offers a collaborative environment in a supportive and prestigious setting.
The client offers a hybrid working pattern.
The ideal Billing Assistant will be responsible for:
- Process bills, including credit notes and write-offs, for multiple offices.
- Ensure bills comply with client agreements and firm procedures.
- Produce reports and process adjustments.
- Confirm all time and disbursements are on draft bills.
- Adhere to accounting rules and VAT regulations.
- Assist with special rates and E-billing.
- Provide billing information to partners and fee earners.
- Check bills before submission.
The ideal Billing Assistant will have:
- Understanding of SAR and VAT rules; multi-currency billing knowledge preferred.
- Experience with legal billing systems.
