We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Bid Coordinator  to join our Project and Bid team. This role could be based from a number of our UK offices and can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

What does the role involve?

The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating large bids and tenders.
  • Formatting CV’s and maintaining divisionally.
  • Completing PQQ and supplier questionnaires.
  • Identifying opportunities, checking portals and circulating to the teams.
  • Maintaining divisional trackers.
  • Downloading tender documents and creating bid folders and Teams channels.
  • Creating and maintaining divisional databanks of bid information, collateral etc.
  • Lead on small bid submissions.
  • Scheduling reviews in accordance with the win business process. 
  • Coordinating responses from the bid team. 
  • Liaising with the Marketing Team for any marketing materials needed for bids. 
  • Acting as a key participant in the Project Support Community.
  • Training and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • To be successful in this role you'll possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively, delivering to agreed deadlines
  • Skilled in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
  • Experience of bid systems would be advantageous, however the main qualities we are looking for are a strong work ethic, a can do attitude and the ability to follow process and multi-task.
