We have a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to build/start their journey within the Rewards and Benefits field. You will be fully trained and supported by the People Operations Manager with solid progression opportunities to match.
This is a brand new role due to growth within our People Operations function with the opportunity to come in and make it your own! This role includes hybrid working - every Monday and Wednesday in our office in the Royal Liver Building and x3 days a week working from home.
Job Position
To support the delivery and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and cyclical activities through advice, guidance, and analytics. Responsible for the administration of all key activity linked to reward and benefits across the Group.
