Sario Partners currently seek Associate Partner/Director level candidates to join and lead the telecoms practice of a global PE advisory business.
Covering multiple sectors, the firm is specialised in providing technology-enabled value creation services for private equity groups and their portfolio companies.
The role can be based in UK, Netherlands or Italy.
As the TMT lead, you will be tasked with working on large-scale technology transformations for private equity, tier-1 and tier-2 telecom operators.
Must have experience:
- 10 years+ in MBB, Tier 2 consulting, or a Tier 1 boutique
- IT strategy/transformation (incl. OSS/BSS or network separation)
- IT/Tech due diligence
Preferred experience/qualities:
- TOGAF
- eTOM
- ITIL / COSO / COBIT
- SAFe / Scrum / agile Frameworks
- Enterprise Architecture
