We are far from your average service provider as our colleagues bring their great personalities to work, not just their skills!The roleYour mission, should you choose to accept it:* Involvement in month-end results preparation for 2 companies including month-end files, journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary.* Weekly bank reconciliations and preparation of cashflow analysis.* Assist with the production of cost centre reporting packs and variance analysis for the business.* Engage in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow projections.* Reconcile credit card spend.* Purchase ledger management.* PSA annual workings and preparation.* Preparation of the quarterly VAT return.* Bi-annual payment practices reporting.* Assisting with the annual audit process. * Support the Finance Manager with insightful reporting and ad-hoc analyses.About you:* Committed to a career in finance and in the initial stages of CIMA/ACCA or looking to begin studies immediately* Excellent numerical and analytical skills* Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint* Good organisational skills and attention to detail* Strong work ethic with a 'Can do' attitude* Able to generate and maintain solid working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholdersHere's a taste of the perks we roll out for our extraordinary team members:- 25 Days of Holiday: We're talking sun-soaked beaches, snow-capped mountains, or simply your favourite cosy spot at home.
