Your responsibilities will include:Managing the Credit Control function to ensure prompt payment within terms.Reconciling the Purchase Ledger and Sales LedgerCollaborating with suppliers and customers to effectively resolve queries.Allocating and reconciling bank payments and receiptsAssisting the Financial Manager in preparing Management AccountsProviding support and mentoring to apprentice accounts staffResponding to emails and phone calls promptly and professionallyAssisting with other accounting duties as requiredRequirements:To excel in this role, you should have:AAT qualification or higher (QBE will be considered)Strong Excel skillsProven experience in management accounts and Credit ControlExcellent attention to detail and numerical skillsEfficient, organised, and professional approach to workPersonal Qualities:Our ideal candidate possesses the following personal qualities:Excellent problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsPunctual and effective time managementIf you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
