Assistant Finance Manager in Bradford

Here at XPO, we’re looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis for our contract based in Bradford. (Hybrid 2-3 days on site depending on business needs) As a Assistant Finance Manager you’ll be supporting in delivering day to day finance and operational admin tasks.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to pay up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits. 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Produce weekly financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer
• Month end support & balance sheets reconciliations
• Customer data entry & analysis
• Support with finance projects as required
• Ad hoc administrative support across the contract
• Manage the PO & ordering processes

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Experience in a similar, fast-paced administrative role, ideally in a similar environment
• Experience in logistics environment will be an advantage
• Open book experience will be an advantage
• You must be computer literate in MS Office ( Excel and Power Point)
• Working towards or an interest in AAT qualification is preferred, but not essential
