Ladwa Recruitment are working with a highly reputable and prestigious professional services firm, to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary team to join their busy and growing Company Secretarial team. ***This opportunity could be based in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Aberdeen or Glasgow***.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Secretarial/ Governance professional to join a large UK function. The team are responsible for corporate administration, entity management, minute taking, interim company secretary services, board governance and company law advice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on corporate administration and meeting management
  • Administration for AGMs, producing agendas, taking minutes & meeting correspondence
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory/statutory changes
  • Business development and client relationship activities
  • Billing activity

The ideal applicant will have previous experience of completing company secretarial work either in-house or in a professional services environment. They will also have experience acting as Company Secretary for a variety of client types. It would be advantageous if applicants have the Chartered Company Secretary qualification (or working towards the qualification).
