About the Role: We have the pleasure of working with a long-time friend of Hays who is looking to recruit into their Company Secretarial team.
As a key member of the Corporate Secretariat team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting this global FTSE and multi-jurisdictionally listed plc by delivering top-notch governance and company secretarial services.
What awaits you is a plethora of exciting responsibilities where no two days will ever be the same.
From managing committees to BAU plc work, as well as fascinating projects in this fast-paced environment, you will be ever learning and growing.
There will be a huge amount of senior leadership exposure which will propel your career to new heights!
For candidates to be considered, they must have: Corporate Secretariat Experience: At least 5 years in a Corporate Secretariat function, including time with a UK listed plc.
Fully qualified or studying towards the CGI qualification.
Corporate Governance Expertise: Familiarity with the UK Companies Act, UK Corporate Governance Code, Listing Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, and the Market Abuse Regulation.
A hands-on personality with the ability to manage a diverse workload independently when needed.
