Job Title: Artwork Coordinator

Location: Maidenhead (moving to Slough from )

Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours), Hybrid working

Daily Rate: From £.82

Our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Artwork Coordinator to join their dynamic team. With over new packs created annually, you will play a crucial role in coordinating packaging artwork for some of their categories within the business.

Responsibilities:

Manage packaging artwork projects across a diverse portfolio of brands and categories.

Oversee the end-to-end artwork process, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Identify potential risks and provide solutions to ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless coordination.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the artwork process.

Ensure consistency and quality of artwork across all product lines.

Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Experience in project management within a branded FMCG business or Artwork Agency.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various departments and stakeholders.

Self-motivated with a track record of delivering outstanding results.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

High attention to detail and excellent writing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office packages.

Ability to handle ambiguity and make informed decisions under pressure.
