Miryco Consultants are working with a top tier personal lines insurer, who are looking to bring in an experienced Actuarial Reporting Manager to lead workstreams and ongoing changes/implementation of IFRS17.
Overview:
- Work with planning to improve and lead delivery of actuarial IFRS17 support for plan and forecast.
- Develop innovative improvements and opportunities, to align the actuarial reserving and booking activities under IFRS 17 and Solvency II.
- Lead regular production of IFRS1, KPI's and regular reports, liaising with Finance, AXA Group, Capital Modelling, and other stakeholders to ensure Actuarial requirements are met.
- Help to embed cross-team activities within a business as usual environment.
- Work with auditors for resolving any queries related to SII and IFRS17.
- Independently lead stakeholder engagement including peers within Finance, Auditors, Group
Desired Experience:
- Qualified Actuary with experience working within General Insurance.
- IFRS17, SII knowledge essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 2.1 University Degree.
