Acquisitions Manager

Location: National - Southern based

Salary: £60-80,000 plus benefits

Introduction:

This company is a leading hospitality operator, established as one of the UK’s largest networks of service stations and ultra-rapid charge points.

They are now seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join their team and actively drive forward their Project Pipeline.

This is a national role with weekly travel to their HQ in the South East once or twice a week.

Responsibilities Included:

- Responsible for sourcing development opportunities

- Negotiating legal agreements and progressing sites through planning

- Overarching responsibility for site delivery from inception to completion

- Site finding and utilising contacts to bring forward new opportunities

- Undertake site due diligence and development appraisal

Skills and Attributes:

- MRICS qualified preferred but not essential and minimum 4 years’ acquisitions experience

- Proven track record in site finding and delivering projects

- A detailed understanding of the legal process involved with acquisitions and lettings

- Ability to work as part of a wider team but also be individually proactive

- Good at building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally

- Extremely organized and able to manage a high volume of work

- Full clean driving licence
