Our client, a leading E-commerce organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a temporary position with a potential for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.

What will you be doing? Take a look at your key responsibilities:

Processing a high volume of multi-currency supplier invoices for various legal entities and brands

Manage expenses related to card payments and staff reimbursements through our user-friendly online platform

Timely resolution of internal and supplier queries regarding invoices and payments

Monitor the accounts inbox and liaise with suppliers and stakeholders effectively

Do you have what it takes? Check out the key skills we're looking for:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

Experience using Kefron and/or Tipalti would be beneficial
